Lessons Learned from Pair Programming
Pair programming seemed intimidating at first. The thought of someone watching me code made me nervous. But it turned out to be one of the most valuable experiences in my career. Working closely with another developer taught me new approaches to problem-solving, improved my communication skills, and helped me catch mistakes early. I learned that two minds are often better than one, and that explaining your code to others is a powerful way to improve your own understanding.
